Editorial policy
Who writes, where the information comes from and how we fix mistakes.
Who writes
The texts are written by the staff of the Multazam agency, in Via Olivi 50 in Venice-Mestre, and signed “Multazam editorial team”. They start from the questions we are asked every day in the shop and on the phone.
Where the information comes from
For official rules we rely on official sources: the Nusuk Hajj platform for the Hajj, the issuing bodies for documents and visas, the airline’s conditions for flights. Sources are listed at the end of every article.
Dates and updates
Every article and guide shows its publication date and the date it was last updated. We review the texts when the rules change.
Corrections
If you find a mistake or an outdated piece of information, write to us: we check it and fix the page, updating the date.
Independence and transparency
The site shows no advertising, has no affiliate links and no content is sponsored by third parties. We do not publish prices: costs are given at the agency, before every service.
What our texts are not
They explain the practical steps simply. They are not legal advice. For religious questions, ask a competent person or body.
