Day 1 · Venice → Jeddah → Mecca
Arrival and Umrah of tamattu‘
You enter ihram for the Umrah before the Miqat, on the plane. On arrival you perform the Umrah with the guide and then leave ihram until the 8th of Dhu al-Hijjah.
From ihram on, its prohibitions apply: no perfume, no cutting hair or nails; for men no stitched clothes and no head covering.
Tawaf7 circuits
7 circuits counter-clockwise around the Kaaba, starting from the line of the Black Stone.
Two rak‘at and Zamzam
Two rak‘at behind the Maqam Ibrahim if possible, then Zamzam water.
Sa‘i7 laps
7 laps between Safa and Marwa: you start at Safa and finish at Marwa.
Halq or taqsir
Men shave or shorten their hair; women cut 1–2 cm. You leave ihram.

Prayers at the Masjid al-Haram
Time for the congregational prayers and for voluntary Tawaf, in your normal clothes.

Getting ready for the days of Hajj
A day for prayer and rest, at your own pace.

Day of Tarwiyah: to Mina
From the hotel you enter ihram for the Hajj, with your intention and the Talbiyah. With the group you go to the tents of Mina, where you pray and spend the night.

9 Dhu al-Hijjah · Arafat → Muzdalifah
The day of Arafat
The heart of the Hajj: you stay at Arafat in prayer and supplication until sunset. After sunset you go to Muzdalifah, where you pray Maghrib and Isha together, spend the night and collect pebbles.

Without standing at Arafat the Hajj is not valid: always follow the group and the schedule.
10 Dhu al-Hijjah · Muzdalifah → Mina → Mecca
The day of sacrifice (Eid al-Adha)
You return to Mina and throw 7 pebbles at the Jamrat al-Aqaba. Then the sacrifice, halq or taqsir, and the first release from ihram. Tawaf al-Ifada and Sa‘i are performed today or in the following days.

After noon you throw 7 pebbles at each of the three Jamarat: the small one, the middle one, then the big one (al-Aqaba).

To Medina
Haramain train from Mecca to Medina, about 2–3 hours.

Masjid an-Nabawi and the Rawdah
Prayers in the Prophet’s Mosque ﷺ and greeting the Prophet. To enter the Rawdah you need a permit on the Nusuk app: we book it with you.
