Data we collect

When you use the site we collect:

• pages viewed, clicks (including on the WhatsApp and phone buttons), how far you scroll, language and type of device, in anonymous form;
• the messages and files you send us on WhatsApp, by e-mail or in the shop, only to answer your request.

The site does not take payments and does not collect payment data.

Two separate statistics tools

Our own internal counter (no cookies)

It counts visits on our own database, hosted in Europe. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not identify you: the anonymous visitor code changes every day. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR). We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and you can leave yourself out by opening any page with ?notrack=1.

Google Analytics (only if you accept)

It starts only after you press Accept; the legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). It sets the _ga cookie (and a linked _ga_ cookie), which lasts about 2 years, and sends data to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Google’s advertising features stay off.

If you press Refuse, or do not choose, Google’s code is not even loaded: no data goes to Google and no Google cookie is stored.

WhatsApp and the map

The WhatsApp button opens a chat outside our site: from that moment the data is handled by WhatsApp (Meta), as an independent controller, under its own notice. That is why the button does not ask for consent.

The Google map is embedded directly in the Contact page and on the home page: when you open them, Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies, under its own notice.

Retention

Data from the internal counter is kept for 13 months, then deleted. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear this site’s data. WhatsApp messages, e-mails and the documents you give us are kept only as long as your request needs.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [e-mail] or come to the shop. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante).

Changing your consent choice

Use the “Change consent” link at the bottom of every page: you can switch from yes to no and back. If you withdraw consent we delete the Google cookies.
